HAIR Posted by Lisa
Have a good idea of what sort of hairstyle you want to go for and what will suit you and the neckline of your dress. Consult with your stylist for professional advice on styles and any hair cuts/colours required. I work with top hair stylists and can recommend someone for your wedding on request.
RELAX Posted by Lisa
Try to keep the stress levels as low as possible in the lead up to your wedding. Pamper yourself with a day at the spa having massages and champagne. Remember this is a time to enjoy!
NAILS Posted by Lisa
Have your nails done the day before the wedding and not the morning of. This is because your nail polish takes a long time to completely harden and you don't want to be chipping into it whilst getting into your dress.
EXERCISE Posted by Lisa
Another brilliant way to help you look and feel fantastic for your wedding day. The benefits of exercise are endless, even if it's just a walk a few times a week.
DRINK WATER Posted by Lisa
The best thing you can do for your skin, eyes and energy is drink plenty of water in the months leading up to the big day. If you can manage 2 litres a day, the results will be fantastic. Water flushes out impurities, hydrates your skin and brain.
WAXING Posted by Lisa
Do not decide in the 2 weeks prior to your wedding that you might like to have your lip/chin/cheeks waxed for the first time! Like all other beauty related issues in the lead up to your wedding...get trials done to make sure your skin is able for all of what you give it for the wedding.

TANNING Posted by Lisa
Spray tan can look fabulous for a healthy glow on your wedding day..just be sure to go for a trial first to check that the solution is ok with your skin type and that the person applying it does a perfect job.

SKINCARE Posted by Lisa
The best way to ensure your make-up stays looking picture perfect on your wedding day is to have your skin in tip-top condition. If you don't already cleanse, tone and moisturise morning and night, I suggest you get into the habit as soon as possible.
Assess whether your skin is oily, dry, combination or normal and buy products to suit. If you are unsure, go to a well-established beauty salon in your area for advice.
Dermalogica is the brand I always recommend as it has something for all skin types and is suitable even for the most sensitive skins without breaking the bank balance.
